The item is actually in the status described in the announcement: box open, toner new. But there's no way to know if the toner is actually new or refurbished: why should the box and the internal seale be open? So it's all a matter of trust. Anyway I appreciate the description compliance. The decision on buying has been therefore up to me. Finger crossed :) Some delivery problem with the courier: contacted, they refused to agree on a time solt. In any case, not the seller's responsibility.

I would not recommend, I paid for the item, they never replied to any of my comments and then they didnt ship anything, saying that they didnt have a box that would fit! They even processed the refund only after Ebay asked them to do so, even if they said they would refund my money! Seems dishonest to me and I would not buy anything from here, anymore, sorry....
