  Neatly and securely packaged! I never opened the package because the so called repairman who advised me to order the motor became MIA, and would never answer his calls/text messages, unfortunately. Communication was phenomenal on the part of eBay merchant. Item was returned to them (through no fault of their own). Return was seamless and I was refunded very quickly.
