Original order reported 'Undelivered / Missing' mid-afternoon Friday to supplier. Royal Mail's response was typically NOTHING. But fully-tracked replacements from supplier received pre-10am Sunday morning. Can't find words sufficient to thank you enough for such 'above and beyond' service.
