Seller is fair and because the factory had to be shut down do you an emergency created, shipped and sent me the item free of charge as a apology. That has to be the best customer service I have seen in 48years!!! Thank you!

Seller fixed my issue . The seller sent me one free of charge and I cancelled the second one. Thank you and it seems a unfortunate event cause the seller to not ship on time and or respond to my messages.
