This item arrived very quickly to me here in NI. It was in absolutely fantastic condition and the original description didn't do it justice tbh. Purchased it at a brilliant price. Can't believe the quality of it either. Anyway, now to the good part. It was possibly the best bit of wrapping and packing I've ever seen. My hat off to ever took the time to dispatch so quickly and wrap it all up so well. I will be keeping my eyes open for more items being sold by this charity. WELL DONE!

Item almost as described, fast shipping and well packaged. Item spotless and in good condition. Just a shame it was listed as mans as due to how short it actually is this is clearly a childs top and absolutely of no use to me, I'm not so bothered as this is a charity but I am on Benefits and basically wont have any haating now for 3 days, good seller, lovely top should have been listed as childs though.

This is not a 15" viola, it clearly says 151/2" through the f hole. The bow wasn't secured in the case and could have damaged the instrument. The courier delivered the viola to the local shop but left no information at my home, my son happened to go to the shop and saw a viola like parcel and checked the address, this was two days later! 6 days after dispatch! Still the instrument is reasonable quality of its type.
