The product is exceptionally clean and the packing was second to none. Boxed in an Asus box within a box and very professionally bubble wrapped. I have never seen packaging so perfect except from the manufacturer. It is obvious that these folks care about what they do. The laptop was restored to an original state and ready for its 1st user. Working flawlessly and with everything as described.

All products came in such excellent condition, in many ways better than described! I couldn’t believe it was preowned. It looked brand new. I really feel I hit the jackpot with the value of purchasing all there products at a great price. Not a big deal, but shipping took a bit longer than was initially given when purchasing. Packaging was also solid since the computer was encased in bubble packaging. The Surface Laptop 4 that they sold was exactly as described (in excellent condition with minimal battery cycles). I've been using it for a couple days and everything seems to be functioning normally. I also appreciate the additional warranty that they provide. Overall, a very positive experience!
