    I recieved the new unit very quickly and at a great price. Item was packaged very well. Upon inspection i realized i had recieved a non-working unit. I had determined that this was a factory flaw no fault of the sellers.Upon notifying the seller about it they immediately sent me another brand new one, which worked flawlessly. The condition of the mixer was even better than the pictures made it appear which was surprising.
