That said, there were a few areas that didn’t quite meet expectations: the postage was slower than expected, the packaging wasn’t very secure, the item didn’t fully match the description, and the overall value felt a bit lacking for the price. Still, the positive customer service stood out and made the experience better.

The drives were wrapped in bubble wrap, placed inside a bubble pocket/envelope and then in a cardboard box. They were exactly as described in the ad and really good value for money plus free postage. These were a no brainer will definitely be using again. Just waiting for the SAS controller to arrive to be able to test the drives. 10/10 excellent company to deal with.
