We had an issue with the description of the item listed, we thought the the item was for 2 x 500ml bottles but only one was delivered. When we contacted the supplier they responded immediately to our query and offered a 50% refund. As a result of the way they handled my issue we would use this supplier again when we need to purchase this item again. Great communication.

    Item is not as described. I have ordered the professional version of this product and been sent the standard. When i have questioned this the seller has come back to me and stated that the packaging has changed (after requesting for a photo) the item i have been sent IS the standard version and i have contacted the manufacturer to verify. Awful service. Would never use again.
