  Nice quality item, delivered on time in as new condition and good value. We had an issue with the description of the item listed, we thought the the item was for 2 x 500ml bottles but only one was delivered. When we contacted the supplier they responded immediately to our query and offered a 50% refund. As a result of the way they handled my issue we would use this supplier again when we need to purchase this item again. Great communication.

  Item is not as described. I have ordered the professional version of this product and been sent the standard. When i have questioned this the seller has come back to me and stated that the packaging has changed (after requesting for a photo) the item i have been sent IS the standard version and i have contacted the manufacturer to verify.   Unfortunately this arrived with the paint seeping through the outer wrapper. It looked as though the tin had been dropped, or at the very least , placed upside down, during transit. Reported, showing photo's to the seller and full refund was issued without any quibbles. Excellent customer service. Would recommend conceptforu .
