Connie messaged me about a delay in shipping, but this snowman arrived only a day later than the estimate upon purchasing. The only reason I didnt think it was brand new is that it wasn't in sealed original packaging. It arrived immaculately clean, well taken care of, and she even put styrofoam around his hat to keep it safe from bending or breaking. She even included batteries, as this snowman has a singing and light up function! 10/10, I was so pleased I cried ugly tears!
