    I genuinely thought the price was too good to be true, so much so that I filmed myself opening the parcel incase I'd received either the wrong item or something not as described. HOW WRONG WAS I. The item was new and sealed and in shop condition, works perfectly and I wholeheartedly can not recommend this seller enough. 10/10 for description, speed of delivery and quality.     The box came damaged and torn so not fit to gift as a xmas present. Contacted the seller he said he would send me a returns label and I would get a full refund. Waited over 2 weeks for label but never received, seller blamed royal mail! Dont believe it was ever sent!! Contacted ebay to see if I can resolve, seller suppose to email a returns label, here I am again still waiting for it. At this time of the year every penny counts and this seller is making things difficult for me.

    Buyers item unfortunately turned up damaged. She requested a return which was completely acceptable when we offered this or a partial refund. We offered for her to get an instant label through eBay or we could send her one in the post, if she does not have a printer. She opted for one to be posted and claimed it did not turn up. With this, we suggested she used the instant return label through eBay to avoid anymore delays, she has clicked the button but saying its still not come through.
