But, at onset of it all the price was about 30% less than normal retail, and the seller, they were great, quick reply to inquiry, offered refund with no hesitation, processed it quickly.     AVOID THIS SELLER - THESE CHINESE PRODUCTS ARE MOST LIKELY COUNTERFEITS of the patented LifeWave products. This seller's product was defective and it gave me a bad rash BUT THE REAL LifeWave patches ARE AMAZING! This seller's product had no effect whatsoever. Seller took days to confirm their return address then failed to refund the return shipping per eBay's instructions given to me and then sent to them, nor did they provide a return shipping label. eBay guarantee refunded my purchase.
