    I had problems with item because item not as described and had exchanged I sent everything to seller including the free lube but the item I received no free lube I message the seller no response. I should just get refund than exchange because the previous order there free lube so how will I give this to a friend now? didn't included free lube in my exchange in short missing item sent to me!! ! I'm so disappointed...

    I'm so disappointed, but not surprised to read this feedback. The "problems" with the item were that we sent the wrong colour. Truth is we were very apologetic and got the item returned at our expense. We then sent a replacement also at our expense but obviously we expected you to keep the FREE lube. We have done everything we could to fix this but whatever we did you were not happy. Perennial moaner messaging every 5 minutes. Most customers are a pleasure to deal with, sadly not this time.
