  Item received was not the same as in the pictures. This appeared to be a fixed lug watch but was sent a spring bar model. Return was accepted without quibble and seller directly messaged to ensure the error doesn't reoccur. Even though I returned the item, the sellers conduct means I would buy from them again without hesitation.

  Totally premiere quality seller. The initial order went missing, courtesy of Royal Mail, and these stepped in to very rapidly get a new one out, which arrived within 24 hours. Flawless quality of product, crazy value for money and pro-active 'above and beyond' customer service... if they're like this with such a small order, Lord knows how they'd be with larger more profitable orders...   Initial order didn't arrive by the stated time, but after contacting the team at 'Contact Left' a replacement was sent tracked and arrived with 48 hrs. Can't recommend the service enough.
