  I contacted the seller after I received my item to see if I would be able to return it and get a refund as the model is 28mm in size (full model) not 28mm scale so i cant use it with any other model type, I eplained this to the seller but after contacting the them I was informed that i had not read the description right but still not heard anything since yesterday though they proudly guarantee a comprehensive money back guarantee to ensure the customer complete satisfaction so here's hoping.

  DAYLIGHT ROBBERY. Do NOT trust this seller. This item was listed as a 28mm model. I contacted the seller to ask if it was compatible with standard Dungeons and Dragons 28mm models, and was assured by the seller that this was indeed the case. The photograph shows a true 28mm building I got on Ebay in a similar price range, and the models this seller claims to be "28mm compatible". Quite frankly, I'm astonished that Ebay allows its customers to be scammed like this.

  I have contacted the seller but sadly not had an answer. The booking was for two times 20mm Bison Panzer 1 assault guns. They have sent two times 15mm Bison Panzer 1 assault guns, which are totally useless for the project I am working on. Check my ebay purchases - most recently all 20mm on 1/72 scale.   Figures received not as per picture, scale or quality. Would not pay return postage when advised so passed to eBay who supplied label for this. Would not buy from again and not recommend to others. I do not like leaving negative feedback and would rather sort out, seller new to platform and clearly a lot to learn.
