    Seller lists suitcase/luggage as NWOT w/1 defect. Also says that the accessories included. Received the item and it has 5+ scuffs PLUS the 1 defect listed & NO accessories. Contact seller and he/she states "You have the photos….You saw the listing it says with defects" He/she mentioned ONE defect, no others. Also says "They (accessories) didn’t come with it. I’m not sure what to tell you." Well you could tell the truth and show a little humility for the mistake. Dont buy from this seller

    If you look at the post of the item it’s disclosed. I let the buyer know a full refund and return shipping was offered. It was disclosed about defects and listed as new with defects. Photo did not show accessories a that was disclosed. The truth was told and in the listing… it’s available for everyone to see. I do apologize but clearly the details of the listing were not seen by the buyer.

    Seller DID list as NWOT and DID mention ONE chip and included a picture. But NONE of the other scuff marks (there were multiple) were listed nor could you see them in listing photos. I did not return the item because it would have been more of a hassle and I had an upcoming trip so I didnt have time to order another suitcase. The accessories were a part of the sellers item description so I didnt just make up that they were included. Seller is dishonest so CARPE DIEM.
