  Seller was GREAT to work with ... unfortunately the US Mail processing machines damaged this encased card, despite it being packaged very securely and carefully. This problem was not the seller's fault. While the seal on the encased card was damaged, the card itself was still intact. The seller went above and beyond my expectation in providing a full refund, which was unexpected but appreciated. I will be very happy to do business with this great seller again any time, and heartily recommend!
