    Cool Kaftans is a family run business based in a small village near Cardiff

    I design the kaftans and my husband maintains the IT side. I hail from Malaysia hence I have had a passion and enthusiasm for Kaftans from a very young age.
    At Cool Kaftans we aim to provide an extensive range of quality clothing, ranging from traditional Kaftans and Kurtas to traditional designs in Batik

    All our Kaftans are Hand made and Hand finished. Many of our kaftans are fine cotton and some are first quality A grade super soft rayon. Most of our kaftans are one size and fit a wide range of sizes. The designs and motifs on the Kaftans are hand painted or hand printed, using a intricate candle / wax from batik chanting used in making the beautiful designs. The end result are the most exclusive and incredible Kaftans especially for you.

    There is strong emphasis on quality as well as choice, and as such we seek only to provide stock from the worlds finest manufacturers and designers of such clothing.

    Some photo colours on this listing are inaccurate!! Received dark brown palazzo rather that the photo colour (rust). The 2nd time this has occurred, previously ordered blue palazzo, the photo colour being medium blue, received navy blue. Still waiting for a refund on the blue, what a faff returning those. Seller offered me 30% discount to keep them, I don't wear navy so declined. No return label provided. Can't be bothered to return these brown ones, not worth the effort.

    I am extremely disappointed with my order. The seller has zero communication and will send you anything they have, regardless of what you actually ordered. I ordered three patoos and received one that was dirty and appeared used, along with two in colour and patterns that I didn’t order. Even though I paid for delivery, my items were sent two days past the expected delivery time. I will not be ordering from them again. Don’t take a chance with this seller.
