It has been a very exciting and educational time since last I updated the about my about this store page. We have grown from a small hobbyist seller to a full time procurer of items & collectables, hard to find, rare and useful. We have always maintained a core value of finding the most interesting and quality products, & inventory that we can find. Building a foundation and focus on vintage and hard to find items. I also love being able to provide useful & needful items at the absolute best prices available on the internet. Occasionally I may not have the lowest price for an item but what I offer in return is an impeccable customer service experience. We ship 5 days a week with a one business day turn around on orders.     As a buyer, when USPS really screws up something (in this case damaged the shipping label) you just want the seller to communicate and help with the situation. Coop was amazing and I cannot thank him enough for the communication and ultimate receipt of my item, which he had shipped so safely USPS couldn't damage!     Positive part of this transaction…..item shipped quickly. As for description……not positive…..not a dress, it was a nightgown. This was verified by a local old navy store. Full disclosure……I did not contact seller regarding issue. I cannot comment on whether an honest mistake.

    I am sorry if I had incorrectly identified the item as a "tunic dress" I saw that it was well bellow mid thigh and had buttons. It was our best guess identification to call it as such. We did not take it into an Old Navy for verification. I don't believe that we altered any pictures or photos to show it differently than as we had identified. Thank you for your still positive feedback. We are always available and accommodating in the case that a customer feels a mis-identification has occurred.
