    Item was as expected \ described. Although, it arrived broken \ damaged, which I was refunded for. It was also both 'Despatched' & arrived within the 'Estimated Timescales' provided by the Seller. Seller's communication, is excellent & nothing is a problem to them. I initially enquired with the Seller, to whether. They would accept an 'Offer' on the item. Unfortunately, this was not possible. Due to the actual cost of the item & also their low profit margins. Would definitely use them again.👍

    Very good service from start to finish. I'd put the wrong delivery address so emailed to see if it could be changed. Email responded to in no time and delivery changed. Correspondence at each step then notified when the card was being posted. Excellent company to deal with. Would highly recommend.

    I was very pleased with the whole transaction! I contacted the seller to say that I needed the card by a certain date - the Bank Holiday intervened, which made it uncertain - but they were very friendly and concerned that the card arrived on time, which it did - so all very good! Would definitely recommend them!

    Have received the card today. Fantastic customer care, I have ordered second class postage but was worried contact to the Coor Design and ask them if I pay extra for delivery for first class. They have sent it first class and didn’t charge extra. Very happy customer, will shop again in the future. Thank you so much.
