  I don't know how to directly contact you, I have not received the 3 ingots I ordered I received an empty package of plastic in a USPS bag with the explanation that it was damaged in transit, really that is very laughable, it was obviously stolen! Can you please send another 3 ingots! I called your office and talked to a woman I gave the routing number from USPS. She thought was strange as well.
