    About us It all started in my home town,Sorrento.In 1968 at the age of 19 my mother took over a store in Piazza S.Antonino whit the help of my grandparents(who were in the ceramic business before)she opened her first ceramic and souvenir store when Sorrento was an undiscovered place.Now after almost 50 years in Business she has 2 stores becoming a landmark for painters from all over Italy who seek to sell their work of art in the touristy Sorrento,she always loved her job and passed the love to her childrens and since 2001 she helps us select the best made/painted by hand Italian Pottery to import to U.S.A. We have from The Big lines of Vietri sul Mare(Amalfi coast)to the most fine lines of Deruta(Umbria) and Toscany dealing with over 20 different painters from 5 different region of Italy:Campania,Umbria,Toscana,Sicilia and Veneto.

    A purchase was made with them, when the item came, it was darker than the picture on their website. I requested a return and was told no returns however, they did say OK. A return date was given, but, due to an unexpected illness in the family, I did not get it back within that time. When I explained what had happened, they said the window had closed on the return date. The company has beautiful and well-made products made in Italy. Just remember, the company has a NO RETURN POLICY.

    Hello,i’m sorry for your negative experience.the item shipped was exactly the same as the pictured one,device screen light settings and pictures can make the item color appear slightly different from the reality.i was contacted by the customer about the return 3 weeks after the item was delivered,i accepted the return.after another 5 weeks i was contacted again about the return,at that time 2 months went by and it was way longer than a usual return would take so i had to refuse the return.
