The phone is in very good condition. It looks new as described. The box wasn't opened as far as I know so I have confidence that it is indeed new and not refurbished. I am happy with the item so far. No issues. Time will tell if it holds up. I hope it does. It took a while to get there but as it came from Hong Kong, that was to be expecteed. The seller made efforts to communicate. Sometimes it was a bit hard to decypher (conflicting bit of informations) but they overcommunicated so it was good.

Advertised a phone they did not have in stock. They did give a refund but total waste of my time. Also lied to paypal about the reason they gave me a refund. I did not ask for a refund, you were unable to supply the advertised phone - shady.

As we mentioned before, we found the item is damaged before we send out so we'll ask customer to cancel the order instead of send a defect product or wait longer time. We know that problem will appear at anytime but we're still trying to satisfy all our customers at all.
