  Item quality was reasonable however advert was slightly misleading as it was actually carbon wrapped, not carbon affect plastic as suggested. Came well enough packaged however there was some slight damage to two of the items, the carbon affect wrap had chipped showing the silver underneath. Not a major problem however tried to contact the seller but have not received any communication back almost in a month later. Disappointed with this.

  Ordered on the 8th June, 8 days later, and no item and no response from the seller. I should have listened to the negative reviews. Beyond disappointing. I managed to buy one regardless, but I can't believe how you think it is OK to not respond? People are buying off you for events and you are taking their money and leaving them stranded last minute. Disgraceful

  Sorry we are off on Saturdays and Sundays, no point spamming through the weekend as all people need time off work. Item posted promptly, although Royal Mail showing the quality again.

  Purchased a week ago with postage saying Royal Mail 48hrs. Messaged the seller to confirm when I needed them by & asked if they could send out asap, replied 3 days later saying okay but still not arrived!!! Very poor service

  Buyer messaged me on Friday night and was expecting a response earlier than Monday. I am sorry but eBay is Monday-Friday. Item posted same day, rest is out of my control as item was with Royal Mail.

  I placed an order for balloons for my daughter's 11th birthday on June 29th and I didn't receive them(07.07.2025). I tried to contact the seller, but there's no way to do that, I get a message that I should try to contact her later, and it's been like that for 2 days.
