A few minor things could be improved: Came in transparent packaging (no discretion); Came without a straw/instructions for inflating (a challenge if never inflated these before); Came packaged with another item from same seller but different eBay account (without opening I thought the other item hadn't been delivered as not expecting them to come together)

    Unfortunately balloons did not arrive. I left it a few days to contact seller after time you would have expected them to arrive via Royal Mail. I left 4 messages over the arc of a full day and got no response which was frustrating. In the end they issued a refund 48 hours later. No response ever given. Looking at reviews most people get their order. A few of us are unlucky. I understand that but please respond to messages from customers.

    Item quality was reasonable however advert was slightly misleading as it was actually carbon wrapped, not carbon affect plastic as suggested. Came well enough packaged however there was some slight damage to two of the items, the carbon affect wrap had chipped showing the silver underneath. Not a major problem however tried to contact the seller but have not received any communication back almost in a month later. Disappointed with this.
