The seller didn’t mark the item as dispatched (and did not dispatch quickly) when originally ordered, which led to confusion and an item-did-not-arrive/refund case. The seller then got a bit better at communication and things were resolved. This could have been avoided by marking the item as dispatched in the first place.

    Unfortunately, the item never arrived. The seller gave me the tracking details of which I already had, and it clearly stated the item was returned to the seller by the courier. I'm not sure what the seller thought I could do with these details and that my magic wand was better than his. So if you experience delivery problems, don't expect this seller to be very pro active and that goes for ebay too. I've lost £118.

They use Royal Mail to post, not Evri, who have recently been notoriously bad with not delivering parcels, so I appreciate this seller using a more reliable service.
