unfortunately, due to no fault of the seller, the drawers were swollen which would make it difficult to put together. He contacted me straight away to let me know and offered a refund for the bed and mattress. All dealt with within a matter of hours of me sending through payment and the refund process has been started already. Honesty goes a long way and cannot fault this seller. Very much appreciated.
