  This item quality was terrible. It was not as advertised, it didn't arrive in a box, the hand is not detachable as shown in photos, and pieces were basically taped in place for the red rays vs being made into/onto the arm. HOWEVER, the customer service was great because once I contacted seller with my issues along with photos, they immediately refunded me the amount I paid. During the holidays this is super important, because expectations should be met from the beginning as advertised.
