    This is my first neutral feedback in my life in eBay. Positives: 1)The item is genuine , the color is not what I expected.. 2) I received the item on time. 3) He listened to my point on the item and agreed me to return the item even though it was not returnable. Negatives: (1) Not responsive. He didn't respond to my msg but responded to me in the canceling request. (2) He stopped responding while communicating in canceling request then I had to call eBay to step in.
