  I'm giving the seller five stars across the board. There was a issue with the incorrect item being shipped to me, but what really stood out was the customer service after the fact. I corresponded several times and heard back from the seller within hours. Seller corrected the order and I had the new correct item within 96 hours. It was refreshing to know that customer service still exists. The seller cares about what they're selling and cares about their customer. I highly recommend the seller.

  Fantastic communication and great service from the seller! The box unfortunately arrived with one side caved in from the shipping company. The Darth Revan helmet was really warped as a result. The seller worked with me and I was able to reshape most of it with a hair dryer. The visor needs to be replaced and the foam stripped so I can completely reshape it. The seller provided a partial refund as compensation which was really nice! I would provide a photo but it's still squished a bit.

  Had a great experience with this seller. When I first ordered the Star Trek TOS shirt I did not realize it would be too small. I contacted the seller and they immediately agreed to exchange it for a larger size. All I had to do was ship the first shirt back to them, which I did. The replacement shirt arrived shortly thereafter.

  I was sent the wrong pants. When i contact the seller, they apologized and realized the pant's I order ed were out of stock. They refunded me and let me keep the other pants. I will continue to order my Star Trek uniforms from them in the future.
