  Item was only dispatched after raising a query with eBay even though I'd tried to contact the seller direct prior to raising the query. still had no communication just notice of shipping. very disappointed will not buy from this user ever again. Item when it arrived was as described. not a good experience.

  Sadly item was advertised as new, it wasn't, used the return label, item to big, th ey would send a different label, didn't, I had to chase them a week later, they then said for me to send as many bits of the item back as I could in a smaller box, which I did, now have had to raise a case for my refund, I have wasted 2x 20mins going to the depot to pick it up, 20 mins trying to send it back, then another 30mins packing the bits again, just for seller to mess me round, avoid

  Good communication to start with ,but dropped off when item was delivered to wrong address ,I had to chase up the item to get it uplifted and re delivered . But the item has described and value for money .
