Waiting a week, not arrived, still waiting, tracking says delivered Wednesday 10th April, between 7 and 8pm, sat in watching nothing, seller in my opinion didn't do enough to help, felt I had to do it all myself, had to open a case with ebay as this is not the kind of service you should have to deal with and distance between England and Scotland still doesn't take a week

Wow. 5 KEY details you CAREFULLY DON'T mention: 1) You were fully refunded by April 10th. 2) Evri and I worked hard between 8/4/24 and 12/4/24 to resolve your case swiftly, we did more than enough 3) Evri updated their tracking and told you clearly it was arriving on 12/4, by which point Ebay had refunded you and Evri had personally delivered your jacket, all tracked, confirmed. 4) You escalated the case EARLY despite knowing item was definitely located and en route. 5) Scamming/impatience sucks
