    The product is as described and was despatched promptly. The delivery was poor. Evri informed me and Ebay that they delivered at 22:30. They hadn't. Complained to their 'bot' for what it's worth. No change in delivery notification. Arrived the following afternoon. Quietly changed the delivery time and date. No apology. Third poor experience with this company in a week. I'm now actively asking sellers who they use for delivery. If its Evri, I don't buy.

    The product was exactly as described and well packed but the delivery was appalling. Parcel was dropped into the front garden breaking new plant shoots despite the front door being only 10meters from where the parcel was dumped!!!!! This has never happened before and is entirely unacceptable!!! We feel very strongly that you should complain. Very best regards Paul
