The picture of the item displayed is red just like in the anime however when i received it it was more brown than red and the paint was also coming off. I comtacted them immediately and they offered either refund or replacement. I asked about the colour but they stated that was the colour. I asked for a new one and it arrived within a couple of days. Still not digging the colour but customer service is top notch
