We DO NOT USE FOAM in any of our mattresses but use an Eco Friendly Thermal Bonded Solid Polyester Fibre, the advantages being :- * Non Allergic and Totally Itch Free * Does not discolour * 90% Fully Recyclable * Zero Ozone Depleting Potential and Zero Global Warming Potential * The surface of the fibre makes it easier to take the cover on and off for washing * Environmentally Friendly WE DO NOT USE ANY SOLVENTS in the construction of our sprung mattresses, we only use water based adhesives. Our Spring Interior Mattresses are a luxurious 12.5cm/5” thickness and covered with the very best nursery graded quilt with a 3 sided zip for ease of removal and washing. The pvc we use is soft, supple and clear 220micron, phthalate free with ultraviolet protection to protect your baby from the wind and rain. The high quality means that it does not stick together like the cheap imported alternatives.Our covers are easy to attach and have a spacious interior with good ventilation for your child.
