Honestly described, sent quickly and very safely packaged. I actually have a minor complaint - too much tape used in the multiple layers of packaging (and too many layers?). It was a major task to get the packaging off and most of it could not be reused because of the excessive tape. Other than that minor quibble, a very positive experience.

Sorry for the secure packaging. I always double-box clocks. I'd rather over pack and ensure that a ceramic clock gets there in one piece.
