I spent $180 (mostly on 12 x 12 paper). Order was slow to ship and missing 7 sheets of paper (1 set completely) While the seller was prompt at giving me a refund, their response was “are you sure you didn’t get it, I packaged it myself” (the previous day I had received a message from the seller asking if they had mistakenly put someone else’s paper in my shipment) ; their response was you Do NOT get it because of the high cost of shipping”. Duh, that why I ordered so much paper at once!

Order shipped exactly on time from what listing stated. Each item was checked off only after being pulled and put into box. I immediately refunded when customer claimed she was missing paper. I take excellent care of my customers
