  Seller had already sold the item before I had purchased through eBay. Offered me a replacement part that was completely different and when I explained I didn’t want or need that, but instead wanted what I’d originally ordered, they only issued me with a partial refund despite the only reason for the order cancellation being then not having what they were selling

  Was on holiday? Didn’t know that my colleague sold the item when to send it realise it’s not in stock contact the buyer let him know that I didn’t have the item. I was going to refund him Did the refund £25 what eBay paid me didn’t realise I need to put the full £29 in was short £3.60. I apologise and correct payment.
