    Item arrived in a bad state ( dented and chipped ) contacted seller who offered a small refund, but was not happy with this, as the shade was not useable. Replacement sent, this was also damaged, but not as bad. Seller contacted and they offered a full refund. Delivery was fast, communication was good, an apology was given and a full refund was issued, so I felt in all fairness I could only leave positive feedback.

They immediately dispatched a replacement parcel using a different courier and it arrived safely a few days later.
