Hi, When you placed your order a delivery date of between 9th and 13th of March was given. Delivery was attempted on 11th of March which is within this timeframe. If you have had to pay additional fees to receive your item then please let us know so that we can raise a claim with Royal Mail to get this item released and sent to you. Royal Mail price and label all of our items for us so we would've been able to investigate this for you without you needing to pay additional fees

Scam, be careful when buying this item I paid £4.99 and had to pay Royal Mail an additional £1.50 to collect it. The seller did not reply and did not refund me the £1.50

Hi, We are sorry that you've had to pay additional fees to receive your items. We have sent you 2 messages asking you to send us a photo of the unpaid shipment card or a photo of the underpaid label so we can send a refund but we are yet to get a reply. Please also note you sent us a message at 01:06 on Sat 18/8 and this feedback on Sunday 19/8. Sadly we only are open Monday to Friday 0830-1730. We also received an item not received request from you 25 minutes after eBay & RM confirmed delivery

First order never arrived got in touch with seller who sent another item only on delivery it was smashed to bits. Tried to contact seller but no reply so asked for refund as yet still no reply. Will not entertain this company again.
