    Floating chair arrived on time but a strap was missing. After being told there was only supposed to be 3 straps (there should be 4) . I was then informed I could use it without the strap (you can’t ). Then I was offered a 10% discount. Then eventually they said they would send a replacement part with all the straps (even though they originally said there wasn’t one missing). The replacement arrived very quickly with all the correct straps to make it useable.
