Yes, I went against my gut in buying a 30 year old product, shame on me. The price was decent & the first message quickly replied to. Took 3 tries to finally get answers to questions, which turned out to be a lies. Reused an amazon mailer (which I love) w/out marking through the old label, so package took 7 days to leave the state of KY & did so only after I intervened. Before you respond with the typical "they didn't contact me" spiel, you're right, as I don't wish to be lied too again!
