However, it looked like someone may have deliberately removed the item from the rear of the package. The seller rectified the problem with an immediate refund. Problems arise - this is real life. How a problem is handled is one of the ways sellers differentiate themselves. This one was excellent in their response. I would be happy to buy from them again.
