She’s also not communicating and ignoring the fact that she lost the parcel or chose the cheapest shipping options. I wouldn’t recommend this seller. She had the chance to make it right, be honest and do the right thing but ignored the fact that I’ve been waiting more than 2 weeks. Item is clearly lost but seller won’t take responsibility. I shipped the bag the same day you purchased with the shipping carrier and service you selected at purchase. The item was never lost but showed through tracking that it was moving slowly and seemed to stall at a distribution center for longer than expected. USPS has a banner across their website alerting to shipping delays because of severe weather. I communicated with you that USPS said to wait longer for delivery.
