  The ordering process was easy and the item was shipped very quickly considering I ordered not long before Christmas. The seller was great. However I never received the item because the courier company failed to deliver it even though they said they attempted to. But we were home the whole week so I dont know what happened (I know the address was correct). Like I said no issue at all with the seller who promptly issued a refund and communicated promptly,

  Items arrived with clear defects. Paint chipping at the joint, as shown in the photos. When I send the seller a message, they refuse to take responsibility and did not reply to me. So disappointed with this experience. Hope more can see the nature of this seller.
