    Disappointed that I could not receive this bed as seller contacted me to advise one of the two boxes was missing. Was given choice of two other beds instead - neither of which looked similar - and the bed I ultimately received is good, but not what I ordered. Seller communication was good.

    Thank you for your feedback. I'm very sorry again about the issue with the missing box. As soon as I was made aware, I got in touch and offered two alternative beige beds with the same headboard style, as well as the option of a full and immediate refund. You chose the upgraded bed, which included extra features and was of higher value — provided at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill. I did my best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly, so I was a little disappointed to receive a neutral.
