This item had a puncture in the pillow and was refunded. The reason I am leaving negative feedback is because the seller sent several messages explaining they would lose out if I sent it back, asked me to resell it instead of sending it back to them, ask me to repair it instead; ask for a video after return request was made and packed up to go... Avoid this seller! When something is faulty and I want to send it back I don't expect 7 or eight messages pleading with me not to. Ridiculous ebayer.
