  A small problem which was immediately resolved by the magnificent seller. The problem seemed to have been caused by DHL who had had occasion to reseal the package which was quite damaged. In my opinion this seller went to extreme lengths to ensure that I had the best possible solution and without question kept friendly contact to ensure that I got what I ordered in perfect condition
