    Sent by Royal Mail, package did not arrive. Contacted the vendor after a few days then again after a longer period requesting they contact R.M. for information. Vendor informed us the results from the R.M and reimbursed us. This was a repeat order because the first order went really well. We are very happy with the vendor, not so with R.M. We would buy again if not using R.M. as the courier but not until. Use the product to combat high blood pressure rather than using harmful prescribed drugs.

    Sent a message to seller, after waiting 8 days for delivery. Told by seller the item was lost by courier, and they have refunded my money ''as a customer services gesture.'' I received an additional message from ebay stating the order has been cancelled by the seller, who gave the reason for cancellation as ''Something wrong with the buyers delivery address.'' The seller has now changed their business name, and relisted the product at a higher price. Something not right here, best avoid.
